We make it our mission to provide safe, reliable shipping that ensures your orders gets to you in one piece.
General Policies:
- A to J Group ships to any location worldwide. Our customers enjoy free shipping on their smoke shop or dispensary supply orders of $500 or more within the contiguous U.S. We use FedEx Ground Shipping and customers’ orders will take one to six estimated business days in transit.
- If you request Express, overnight, 2nd day or expedited freight services, those purchase orders must be delivered to us no later than 11 am CST.
- If we are unable to identify your business as a true business, your order may be cancelled and credited less a 10% credit card processing fee.
- A to J Group and www.atojgroup.com is a wholesale (B2B) entity only. We reserve the right to prohibit service and deliveries to any customer unilaterally. You may be requested to provide a Sales Tax License or Tax ID number prior to shipping. Orders placed with COD or NET TERMS without prior authorization may be cancelled by the company with or without notification.
